i have a 90hp force non thru hub exhaust,what ss prop fits this outboard its a 1989,i cant locate one because michigan wheel discontinued them,but wondering if another company has something like this
Try your Merc dealer and see if you can get a stock SS prop. I have a 90 and I use a 19 and 21 pitch depending on application. I find that although the stock prop is supposed to be made by Michigan, it has a different blade profile and seems to give better top end and acceleration than several others I have tried. You can also use a thru the hub prop with no bad effects. I have used a Michigan thru hub aluminum for either a small gearcase Merc or Rude I forget which. But one of them has the same splines.
