First of all, welcome to iboats.

Tell us why you tore it apart?
Was it giving you trouble? be specific.

Does the pump motor run?

pump motor runs and was torn apart because pump tilt and trimmed once after bleeding and filling fluid. thought that there was gunk in the ball bearings and spring area of valve body. torn apart and cleaned did find deprie in between ball area causing ball to stay open and after cleaning and doing above inspections to orings and to orings on shock and trim cyclinder refilled and bled cant get it to trim or tilt dont know if not enough fluid or bled incorrectly but in both up and down position fluid comes out at fill screw.

I'm no expert on those pumps, but I'm thinking you missed an oring or re-assembled something wrong, and it is not allowing pressure to build.

Can you lift the motor by hand?

Can you lift the motor by hand when the trim up button is pushed?

Double check the routing of the lines running into and out of the pump. Sounds like they might be routed incorrectly. Also, although I don't know for certain, but is 10 w 30 motor oil the correct oil to use. If I remember correctly oils containing detergents such as motor oil can cause problems.

It sounds like you have a line routed wrong. doubble check all your lines. or an o-ring fell out when you were putting it back together you prolly should have replaced the o-rings while you had them out. they are cheap and sometimes they can pinch when u put it back together.
