I'd like to know if:
Which diferences has with the Mercury engine?
it is a good one to buy?
part for repair it are easily found? Are these the same as for the Mercury motoros?
Thanks,

Re: FORCE vs. Mercury

Force motors are the cheapest, least reliable
motors made. they were designed as an entry level
inexpensive motor and require more maint. than
a comparable merc... if you find a good one, and
are handy with a wrench, you can still get many
hours of running...
parts are harder to find and they are NOT the
same motor even though merc bought the co.
good luck,
M.Y.

Thanks for your answer...
I understand what you mean, but do you think a model (year 99, with 290 hours of use) could be a bad choise?
I know that nautical enginers require, in general, a low mantainance... but I don't know thise/////
Thanks...
