Need help already used the search function no luck. I am installing a new impeller. engine is 1991 force 120. my l/u has studs instead of bolts in the pump cover. which way do i need to turn the input shaft to put the impeller in the right direction? also i sent my l/u out for a skeg repair over the winter, on the shaft that goes into the powerhead is it the steel collar goes on then the boot or vise versa. I dont remember. Thanks, Josh

Actually I was told from many sources, you should turn the shaft CLOCK wise when installing a new impeller.

My sources are: Seloc manual, YouTube videos and Frank A.

i actually dont think it matters, because once the engine is spinning its going to flex accordingly. factory manual doesn't even specify it.
