forming a radius with plywood for boat apholstery panels

anyone have a process for foming some 1/4'' ext. plywood for side panels on my boat apholstery? i was going to steam the panels with hot water and clamp to the desired radius.

hi ....welcome to iboats....

for upholstery......you could steam......it works...

also cutting several kerfs thru the backing laminate also works...

others use tempered hard board.....though i dont like it

I cut all but one ply, bent in my shape and filled with epoxy and covered with cloth

Use plastic that pliable...Use wood to cut a form..Or take a pic of what you are trying to do and post it
