Forum for Cabin Cruisers

First, love the forums here. I stumbled across your site and am amazed at the amount of information available and the number of very knowledgeable people. I would like to suggest a category specifically for cabin cruisers. Also, if it is possible, for each member to have a photo album, rather than just adding pics to their posts or signatures. I am a member of a yahoo group that is specific to my model of boat, Sun Runner, and there each member can make an album of pics of their boats. Problem is...the Sun Runner group is practically deserted and not much help.

For a few reasons we don't want to create a new forum. We have a sun runner section but it isn't very active you can view it below.

The album idea is something we have been considering and are getting closer to turning it on. The only issue is our server would have to hold files from 400,000 members. So we are just trying to figure out the best way to do it.

Thanks for the response toneeees. I have looked at the Sun Runner section, which is a ghost town most of the time, just like the Yahoo group. There aren't many Sun Runners around, but there are those of us on here that have cabin cruisers and could share info that you don't have to dig as hard to find. The restoration and Repair section is great, but I was thinking a forum for us cruiser owners that have cabin specific issues, if that makes any sense. Anywho, just thought I'd ask

Your request makes sense, but the flip side is, where do I post, in the cruiser section or the manufacturer section? Just gets much more confusing. Too many sections makes things complicated and remember, you are dealing with a lot of guys here ... we need to keep it simple, or we are lost! LOL!

Cabin specific issues? External leaks (restoration). Refridgeration, cooking, toilet. (RV websites). Sleeping arrangements, (Captain). Cockroaches, (Ports of call).
