Are there any companies that would transport a runabout over 1200 miles. Can't make the trip myself at this time. Any estimate on what it will cost

Yes, there are compaines that will transport your boat. My guess is $3,000.

You may get it done for less if you don't need it in an enclosed trailer.

From where to where?


USHIP.com is your best bet. Put it out for bids and see what comes up.

Most of the haulers are regional.

The guy I have used runs Il, IA, WI, MN, ND, and MT.

Bet it can be done for under $2000 if you aren't in a hurry, and the boat is on a trailer.

USHIP.com is your best bet. You can get REALLY good prices if you have a flexible delivery schedule, too- Since they can 'piggyback' with another load or put it on their trailer to avoid returning home empty... Place an ad on there, and wait a while.

There are several companies out there. I shipped a 24' Bayliner from Az. to Idaho for 1650.00 -1250 miles but beware we had troubles.

You could try a freight broker company. They work independent of the trucking companies and tend to get good rates for one off moves like you want to do.

When i moved across country I contacted one in British Columbia. They moved 3 skids of my stuff back to ontario for $400. It's worth checking.

Finding a little runabout closer to you would probably be easier and cheaper unless you REALLY love this one... yes yes Uship is great

No joy yet, time to wait and see what developes

Main reason I am interested in this boat is that is a near identical boat to one we used to own. There are others, closer, but they do not have the 165 m/c
