Four Winns kills

Hi, we have a '99 Four Winns with a volvo 4.3glpwtr motor. Today while I was accelerating it killed. I was able to get it started after some trying & it ran fine. I drove for 10 minutes & turned it off. 1/2 he later it pops right off but when starting to accelerate again it kills.. Any thoughts?
1 owner, professionally maintained (oil changes, etc..)

Ayuh,.... When was it's last tune up, 'n service,..??

When it Dies,... Check for Fire, 'n Fuel....
