franken-tilt?

does anybody know if i can take this power tilt and trim bracket from a 115 rude and put it on my 70 non power tilt? im not sure what year the 115 is but i believe my 70hp is a 75.

can i just change out the bracket? or do i need the pivot from the center section?

i doubt it, the 70hp -3 cylinder, 115- 4 cylinder.
