Fridge stays on with switch off and battery off

I have a 1998 Larson Cabrio 254 that everything works as it should except for fridge. It stays on all the time. Switch off/Battery off doesn't matter. I can disconnect 1 wire from negative cable and it turns off and everything else seems to work. When the cable is off the fridge does still work on shore power. The fridge is a Norcold and is new last year.
Any suggestions/directions to start looking would be appreciated?

Wired directly to the battery to avoid turning it off inadvertently.

There should be a breaker panel, With refrigerator breaker. There might be a switch for 12 volt and 120 volt.
