Front drive shafts

At work we are going through way to many front shafts on our ford trucks.
Does any one know where we could buy the CV joint assembly on that shaft.
We have a complete machine shop so installing it on the old shaft is not a problem. Or is there a better fix that some one is aware of.

What are you using the trucks for that is causing the failures?
Are they a newer series of truck? what size...1/2t, 3/4t?

There all between 2000 - 2005 f350s. The problem is lack care. These guys will not take these truck out of 4bye4 if there life depends on it. Also i have to remember these truck are abused big time just to get the job done. There all bush trucks. Think of one of you best 4bye4 trips and that's these guys every day drive to work.
What im looking for is a supplier for the CV joint assembly so we don't have to keep buying complete front drive shafts.
