Fuel Bulb collapsing

I took my skeeter F80 w/mercury 850 85hp out on the lake this morning and when i tryed to open it up,It was struggling to get on plane,The bulb was colapsing together,my son would pump it fast and it would run good.Do i need to get another prime bulb?,Is this the only thing that could be happening? PLEASE HELP!

Ayuh,... Sounds like there might be a restriction in the Tank...

I put a new bulb on it with a filter too,but i will check the tank! I will try it out tomorow. THANK'S

Is your vent scew open.
