Fuel consumption

Wondering where to look for (maybe someone has a good guess) the fuel consumption for say, 40 horse evinrude @ 4-4500rpm any guesses?<br />Thanks!<br />Craig

Approx rule of thumb: 10% of HP = GPH @ WOT. 4000 RPM is probably ~ 60 to 65% of that.<br /><br />WOT should be ~ 5800 RPM.
