I have a 1976 Chrysler 7 HP Engine, Model number 60HA1265, I purchased the male coupler (F197767-2) and the female coupler (F197787Q3). However, It will not let the fuel pass thru. I bypassed the couplers and the engine runs fine when bypassed. Is there a different coupler set I should be using?

Connect the two fittings together and try and blow through them.

If all else fails buy a different brand of fitting, Yamaha, Merc, Evinrude, whatever, since you're replacing both there's no need to replace them with old Chrysler fittings.

New, could be bad right out of the box.
The #s you posted are the updated/ superseded ones.
They aren't always right.
F197767-1 cowl.
F197787-2 fuel line fitting.
