Fuel filter have relays or fuses?

Question about fuel filter. I have a 2007 5.7 volva penta I’m not getting power to fuel pump. wonder if there was a hidden fuse or a relay could go bad? Thinking is a bad fuel pump

They ate not hidden. Fuse and relay are clearly marked in the electrical schematic in the manual. I believe also on the cover of the fuse block
