fuel filter heater change up 1991 f250 7.3lt

There was a leak in the middle of were the electrical plug, plugs into the heater in the fuel filter housing, ordered in a new one and it has changed up to something completely different.
Anyone dealt with this issue???

My 03 has also done away with the fuel heater, it was in my pump/filter combo on the frame...the new one, doesn't have, and Ford no longer recommends, nor can they get it...I'm assuming a fire hazard or something...
