I'm adding a fuel/water separator filter for my Johnson 110hp. The system already has a small inline filter that I just replaced and these have done a decent job. I would like to leave it in if I can. Can my system run both filters or will it be too much restriction on the fuel line?<br /><br />I'm really retentive about fuel filtration. <br /><br />Thanks,<br />Dennis

I run both an inline filter and a fuel/water separator on my evinrude 225 (1987) and have never had a problem with fuel restriction.

Thanks for the info. That's what I expected. Besides, the inline is clear and gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling when I see gas flow through it.
