I have 12 volts at the back of the fuel gauge, but only 4 volts coming out of the gauge, (pink wire), and only 4 volts at the sending unit. I remove the pink wire from the sending unit and the fuel gauge needle did not move. I ground the pink wire at the sending unit and again the needle did not move. I have 10 volts on the pink wire at the sending unit when its unconnected, but only 4 volts when it is connected to the sending unit. any help??
