One day driving down the lake, my starboard fuel guage pegged to E. It did not fall gracefully. After somewhat of a struggle I was able to get a voltage reading at the tank sending unit of 10.74 volts. The sending unit has a single lead from the center of the unit (hot) and is grounded to the rim of the unit itself. The tank just happens to have 3/4+ in the tank. <br />Is this voltage reading correct for that level, assuming full would be full voltage? Am I even close?<br />Can you possibly lead me down the trail? <br />Thanks.
