Fuel injectors sorry for so many questions

Hello everyone I have yet another question
2001 evinrude ficht 150
i am trying to figure out a no fuel problem
i know the pump is working because you can hear it go on for about 10 sec when I turn the key
the injectors have power going to them
how can I test the injectors I pulled one out the bolts and outer fitting is pretty junked up but clean gas came out

Need the software and computer to test fire injectors....That Selco manual will get ya in trouble. The EMM and flywheel have to sync before anything happens sooooo you could have a bad CPS or bad EMM. Need the software if you going to try DIY repairs.

The problem with that is I have apple everything you need windows to operate the software that means buying a new laptop

i am about to order the diagnostic kit
does anybody know if there is a registration fee or any other fees I will have to pay when I get the kit in?
