Fuel Inlet Filter

Note my rig in the signature line. After running motor, then replacing fuel inlet filter in the carb, there was no fuel in either the inlet housing or in the fuel lines. Is that normal or might I have some fuel delivery issues?

Ayuh,.... What's yer runability issue,..??

What have ya done,..?? Testin',..??

There should be fuel present, but not under pressure...
