Fuel Issues?

2 stroke 25 hp yamaha stalled at full throttle, would start again but only idle. When put in full throttle it stalled back out again. I'm thinking that this could be the high speed jet in the carb but i'm wondering if there's any other issues it could be before I take apart the carb.

Carbs would be the first place I would head to if I were you. Don't see any better place to start
