I have a 1989 Evinrude 175 hp VRO having fuel problems. If I prime the gas bulb so it is hard, the engine will start and continue to run for 1 minute then die and the priming bulb is again soft. If I continue to squeeze the priming bulb then the engine will continue to run. Does this mean i have a bad fuel pump? if so is it the vro pump that i would need to replace and if anyone could tell me where i could purchase the correct kit online that would be a great help. thank you in advance
