I have a 70 evinrude 18hp that acts just like its running out of gas. My question is, with outhose disconnected, should it have a stream of fuel or just a trickle. I have and electric starter and it cranks fast. I know its a silly question but i have previously done plugs, wires, points, condenser, carb rebuild, all fuel lines. been great till yesterday. thanks
