Fuel tank in my 88 freedom160

How do I gain access to my fuel tank? The reason I need access to the tank is to check my line for clogging. When running my freedom it seems that my fuel pressure is low. Can I or how do I clear the fuel line of debris and the fuel tank to avoid future problems with fuel pressure. Is there anything else I need to check first and how do I do this?

How do I gain access to my fuel tank?

According to regulations the tank must have access available to the fittings. If it doesn't then the manufacture messed up. Now access can mean that there is a slight gap just large enough to barely get your hand in. Some I've seen can only gain access to by pulling the motor.
