i have a 19' cosmos (canadian built boat) omc 5.7l engine stinger 800 leg. it has two fuel tanks one up front in the bow looks to be added and a below floor tank. i replaced the fuel sender in the floor tank and am now having trouble getting fuel to the fuel pump. is there a screen in the outlet that may be plugged? was ok until about 2000rpm and then would die, starved for fuel.how do i clean it out? thanks
