Full Restoration 1964 Larson

So I'm beginning work on a full restoration on a 1964 Larson lapline, with a 69 evinrude 25 hp outboard, The plan is to get the motor running, rebuild or replace with same vintage throttle controls, it was originally cable steering but will convert to single cable rack and pinion, as well as add a adjustable helm, once mechanical is complete I would like to have the pin striping and accent paint redone as well, any advice is appreciated.
