Hi I have a Maxum 2100sc 1998 cuddy cabin. Can anyone help me with the location/locations of fuses in the boat. I know there are fuses under dash, but I'm specifically looking for the bilge pump fuse.
Thank you.

The bilge pump normally is wired direct from the battery and uses an inline fuse. Follow the wires from the pump, and its either close to the battery/battery switch or the pump

alldodge is correct. Depending who wired the boat, they could have installed a fuse most anywhere, I hope!. That is why I like all my fuses either at the battery (in the actual battery box) or at the control panel. Then anyone can find them and quickly as well. So do what alldodge suggested and see...

What alldodge said, hopefully it's close to the battery or switch and not the pump.

I installed a main larger circuit breaker in the battery box itself. And then a power wire goes from there to the control panel. And at that control panel, I have every circuit breaker-ed with a proper size from there. So every circuit in the boat has as a minimum two circuit breakers. That way no over-loaded wire can start a fire. But at least one breaker or fuse should be installed for every circuit regardless where that wire goes. Like I've stated many times before, if you have a fire on a boat, there is nowhere to run when you are out on the water! JMHO
