Fuse panel location 1999 crownline 212db

I have looked everywhere for the fuse panel for my 1999 crownline 212db does anyone have any ideas, seems like it's behind instrument , but that's seems like a real pain to get to. Hellllpppppp

Have you traced any wires from the instrument cluster? That's where most of them go...just follow them.
