Hi all, I have a Force 90HP on a 1991 maxum 18Ft runabout. I have read all the negative posts on the Force outboards, but personally I love the little motor. Its very easy to work on, starts everytime, and gets the boat up out of the water really QUICK!! Its not a complicated motor, most do it yourselfer's and a good manual can fix most anything that may happen. If you take care of them they will treat you right. Decarb twice a year and winterize properly and most will be happy. Just my 2 cents worth.
