All the shifters we install have adjustment screws on them merc, keikeifer,volvo,yamaha .console mounted you have to take the top cover off to find it side mount you may have to take the shifter out to find it.if it is like the keikeifer console mount with seperate shift and throttle levers you will have to pull it out of the console a couple of inches to find the screws.hope that helps
