Galley Removal

Hi I have 87 Wellcraft Antigua 265 and the galley was removed and replaced with a bench and storage out of a couple sheets of plywood. Ive seen pictures of the galley looks like it would have weighed more than what was built. I was wondering should I add some weight as the original design was changed and how much the galley would have weighed the sink and stove cabinet and counter top. I was thinking around 80 to 100 lbs. Have you had it in the water and if so is it listing badly . If you have not had it in the water I would not worry about it , a small kid weighs as much as your talking about and a 26' boat shouldn't list with that small amount of weight remove from one side.. Just moving a battery from one side to the other will offset that ,if the battery was on the same side..
