Ok back to my latest nightmare with this outboard. I finally found the leak and got the compression fixed, It was a dry rotted seal, next I wasn't getting spark to the plug, I pulled apart and cleaned the points till they looked new, now I have spark in the wire, I checked the plug and it was horrible, I replaced it with a new one, and yes it is properly gaped to 0.30mm.... Now I tried to start it and it still won't start, I do have the choke pulled, the fuel is mixed properly and the fuel valve open, however when I pull I am not getting it to start. It doesn't even act as though it wants to... Where do I go from here???

I doubt that the correct gap on that plug is .30mm. Try .030". The point gap should be .020".

Go to the Engine FAQs and do "Outboard won't start".

Good luck. :)

Try carefully spraying some fuel mix directly into the carb.
Be sure tha flywheel nut is torqued to 25ft lb.Could shear the key if not tight.
