gap between the boat and rubrail

i took the cap off to do some work on the boat and now i put it all back together. now i have a gap between the rubrail and the boat. it looks like they used caulk before. and it started to come loose what should i use. should i use caulk to or should i use the 4200 or 5200 stuff. and i have a gap where the cap meets the hull under the trim rubrail peice.

either one Brian..

just make sure its fast cure or it will most likely drip out making a real mess. ( though the *200's series allways does lol )
