<br /><br />Possible causes:<br /><br />Bad Float<br />Float level not adjusted correctly<br />bad needle/seat<br /><br />I would check the float and make sure it does float. If it has a hole in it, it could be filling up with gas causing it to not float. I would also replace your needle/seats and check for proper float level. A manual will have the proper float level settings in it.
