Gas lines, clamps necessary?

I'm running 3/8ths flex fuel lines. They are all clamped with the exception of the line to the kicker simply because the marina ran out. Ideally, I would like to put the fuel bulb and connector on with some 4200 or other permanent adhesive. Is there some accepted best practice or is stainless clamps the only way to go? I don't mind stainless clamps but would prefer a cleaner look and less cuts when handling.

Accepted best practice is stainless clamps on all fuel line connections.
