Had about 2 gallons of gas mixed, by accident in my Yamaha 200 HPDI oil reserve. Has anyone had this happen and what are the consequences? Ran the engines about a week without much problems.

They could be very serious since you have diluted the oil. I would reccomend emptying the oil tank and replacing with oil only as well as running on a gas oil mixture for a few minutes to get the lines clean of the old mixture,
