Need to know the vintage of your Merc. <br /><br />If it is post-1978 use 50:1, 87 octane unleaded, no alcohol and TC-W3 rated 2 stroke oil. That is 16 oz.(1 pint) oil per 6 gallons.<br /><br />Red sky. . . . <br />JB
