gas/oil mix '67 100hp Johnson

Can anybody tell me the correct gas/oil mix for a 1967 Johnson Meteor 100hp? Model # V4TL-13A, Serial # J2718029. Also where can I get electronic points for it? Also says Golden Meteor Power Pulse Ignition on the cover. Thank You all help will be appreciated.
