has apparently broken or deteriorated due to the help from ethanol in the gas. I'm getting tiny little drops coming from the plug ( on two of my carbs) even though the nut is tight. What I wanna ask you guys is....should I just replace the o-ring or that is a warning that I should just buy six rebuild kits and redo the carbs, so they're all sealed up like if they were new? Done it before so it's no big deal. I"m asking cause the engine is running great apart from the leaks.

All the seals on your outboard are ethanol safe. All the hoses and seals were build with ethanol laced fuel in mind.
I would just replace the seals that leak and see what happens. You can always take drastic measures later on if you need it.
