gasoline in my crank case.. 9.9 2006 fourstroke

Greetings all,

I am having major problems with my 2006 Mercury 9.9 four stroke. Lately, I have been having carb issues resulting in totally contaminated crankcase oil with the gas.

Any thoughts? Any ideas would be appreciated.

either carb needle valve is stuck and seriosly flooding or the fuel pump diaphram let got.

Rod, you hit a home run on that one. Detached the fuel pump, took it apart and found that I have a split in the diaphragm with a direct course to the crank case. Now I just gotta find the right part, and put it all back together.
