Hello. I am new to this forum, and hope I can get some direction from its members. I am in the process of rebuilding a Gator single axle trailer. The trailer came with the runabout I am rebuilding, a 14" 1955 Larson. I know the trailer is a Gator as it matches one I have seen on this forum, even though it no longer has and markings on it. I am curious about the serial number, though. On the right side, just before it makes the turn, is stamped "214 8 2009" The trailers I have seen on the forum have a date stamped at this location. I know the trailer is old, just don't know how old. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
