Gauge removal

I have a 1994 Bayliner capri 2050. I would like to replace the gauges, I am in need of some help.
I have looked under the consol the best I could and can not for the life of me find how to remove the gauges..

any ideas? also how do you remove the gauge consol?

Most have a U shaped bracket that is held on by 1 or 2 nuts on studs on the back of the gauge.

Here is a picture showing the aluminum bracket.
