Does anyone know someone who repairs Temperature Gauges (water temp)?
I had to replace my Gauge over the weekend and of course the Sea Ray dealer did not carry or no longer carries my particular gauge.
Anyway, I know there are people out there, but I figured you guys would know who is worth sending my gauge!!
thanks a bunch!
MadSearay (and getting Madder :)

I would recommend getting a new telflex gauge. It will cost less than a repair.Charlie

Re: Gauge Repair?

The gasoline gauge in my 1991 Trophy just failed. When I pulled it out I found it was made by Faria. I checked their website, http://www.faria-instruments.com/index-new.html , and found their warranty info http://www.faria-instruments.com/site_manuals/Mar_Warr.pdf . I called their tech support number and she said that if I would mail them the gauge and a check for $12.00, they would repair it and mail it back to me. I haven't done it yet, but it sounds like a good deal. It would be impossible to find a new gauge to match the others. I think Faria makes a lot of gauges for other boat manufacturers also.
