gauges lites staying on

i had teleflex gauges put on my console on a 1985 boston whaler, apon putting wire for lights now the lites stay on , is my wirin messed up or not??<br /><br />my switch has four screw tips, and none are labeled<br /><br />any advice??<br /><br />ps when switch is not pulled lights stay on

You have the hot wire for the lights wired up to the hot side of your switch that is hot all the time.<br />Take a volt meter and check the other terminals and find the one that becomes hot after pulling the switch to the on position and then hook your light wire to that terminal.
