What is the purpose of these thing? do all prop comes with them or is it just certain one? Thanks

Are ya talking about the plastic ring that pops on the back of a prop?

No, it's metal, brass or something. It's the first piece that goes onto the prop shaft. Is this something that base on the hub design?

Thats the trust washer all props do have them.it keeps the prop from going to far back or to far forward the right washer is very important.

Just to add a little more - the thrust washer is what the prop pushes against when in forward gear - it is what takes the (thrust) load, and therefore is pretty important.
