Hi, I'm putting new seals and water pump in my 88 60hp Evinrude, model # E60TLCCR. I've reached the point of installing retainer plate-0313453 and two retaining rings-0313445. Does the retainer plate go in first an then two retaining rings or does the retainer plate get sandwiched between the retaining rings? It is a manual shift.
