Never seen a 25 hp ski. Even the smallest lightest stand-up skis with the small 500 cc engines have 35-40 hp, and they will do 35-40 mph if you can stay on them. Most of the sit down skis have at least 75-85 hp engines, and modern 4 strokes start at 110 hp and go to 300 hp. Speeds for typical sit down skis start at 45 mph and go up to 68 mph, which is the maximum agreed upon speed for a stock ski at this point. Some of the modern skis have rpm limiters, which limit maximum speed for young riders to 35-45 mph.
