Getting a carburetor for practice.

I'd like to try my hand at disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling a carb from a mid 90s J/E. Anyone have an idea of where I could get one for cheap or free to practice on? I'd like to have a bit of experience before tearing into my own.

Honestly.... Just watch a few youtube vids on it (Dangar Marine is great), order your rebuild kits, WAIT FOR THEM TO COME IN and then go for it. It's something you will want to have first-hand knowledge of anyways with your own carbs. You will spend more on a "practice carb" than you will a rebuild kit.

Take pics while disassembling carb so to put all parts back from where originally were removed.
