Getting Ready For New Season

Question, I had my water pump on my mercruiser alpha 1 gen serviced , new pump, new gear oil outdrive installed on boat, 5.7 mercruiser, i DID NOT used the boat for a season the boat sat but I did start it up a few times on the muffs. Ok so is the water pump going to be ok for this season it never overheated when running on muffs, I winterized it and now want to use it tis season.

If ya see any symptoms, Change it then,....

In my experience it should be just fine. But as always make sure your temp gauge is working and keep an eye on it.
